  In the early 80s Sonny Vincent left New York City and moved to the Minneapolis/St Paul area of Minnesota. Much has been written and told about that fateful move. Upon arrival in Minneapolis he discovered a burgeoning excited Punk scene that reminded him of the early days in New York- Perfect!
  'Sonny Vincent And The Extreme' (SVE) was the band he formed on arrival.
  ‘Extreme’ in the way of bonding as a band and taking no prisoners.There definitely was a chemistry and an attitude with these guys!
  This 'Vinyl Only' Album shows the fire and fury of the band.
  Side One features never before released Studio recordings. These exclusive Studio recordings have been recently Mastered. Side Two features burning incendiary live performances captured as they swathed across the United States on tour leaving blood, tears, inspiration, joy, confusion, pain, loud guitars and destruction in their path. Listen to these live shows from the 80s and enjoy a unique view into their world. A documentation of a time when the typical radio music angered young bands, artists and people in general. The pap and drivel coming from the corporate record companies through radio prompted them to form creative manifestos and often aggressive music with a deadly edge. This particular tour raged through Minnesota and continued on with slash and burn performances in many unsuspecting clubs across the States. Many miles, many floors slept on and all the while a building up of strength and power. This evil white hot damaged tour culminated in an explosive show on Sonny's home turf in New York City at the infamous CBGBs.
